I have successfully led and coached Service Delivery teams to deliver satisfactory Internal Audit Results, receiving the Group Managing Director's EABL Compliance Award (HR) in recognition of my efforts.
I am highly skilled in planning and organization, having represented HR Service Delivery in various committees and events. I effectively coordinated the Deloitte Best Company To Work For Survey, where EABL was declared The Best Company To Work For in Kenya. My strong interpersonal skills have allowed me to work in cross-functional teams and lead the HR Service Delivery team in implementing a new on-boarding program for joiners, which won the 2012 On-Boarding Award by IHRM in Kenya.
