At Raiffeisen Capital Management, I own governance of 150+ third-party arrangements under DORA and EBA Guidelines. I lead second-line reviews and help keep arrangements audit-ready across RCM Group entities.

I implemented the Procurement function across RCM Group, including process design, tooling adoption, and policy rollout. Previously, as Outsourcing Manager at Raiffeisen Capital Management, I designed and deployed the Group Third-Party Process Management framework.

At GoStudent GmbH, I led a 12-month Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation with Finance, automating P2P workflows and consolidating procurement data across markets. I also built the Procurement function from scratch and negotiated 1.9 MEUR in savings for 85+ IT software contracts and subscriptions.
