What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support clients and teams through accurate documentation, scheduling, confidential record management, and multilingual communication.

I've coordinated real estate transactions at eXp Realty from contract to closing, scheduling inspections and closings, reviewing documentation, tracking deadlines, and maintaining confidential client records through CRM systems.

I also run Classy World Boutique LLC, where I manage daily operations, customer support, scheduling, inventory records, and administrative processes. My experience includes financial-services documentation at Primerica, notarial document review, and educational digital content creation using AI-powered tools.

Earlier, I supported patients as a medical office receptionist and home health aide, managing appointments, records, intake forms, care documentation, and communication with providers and families. I work fluently in English, Haitian Creole, French, and Spanish.
