What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support clients’ recovery with trauma-informed, strengths-based coaching—coordinating services, facilitating psychoeducational and therapeutic groups, and using engagement, accountability, and documentation to drive measurable progress.

I’m a Recovery Support Specialist – Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor serving within the recovery community and supporting clients in inpatient and/or outpatient settings. I provide functional support, service coordination, and recovery coaching while facilitating psychoeducational and therapeutic groups in an inpatient environment.

I bring a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to engagement, accountability, and progress toward recovery goals. In my recent roles, I assess and provide 1:1 support for recovery, wellness, and life transitions for youth ages 14–17, and I coordinate services by connecting clients to appropriate supports and resources.

I also organize and implement individual and group treatment activities, complete psychoeducational and recreational groups, and maintain timely, patient-centered documentation. Beyond recovery-focused work, I’ve built strong customer-facing and operational experience—analyzing inquiries and resolving issues in accordance with Medicare policies, handling PII/PHI with compliance, and leading in roles where I maintained standards of excellence.
