Matt Montgomery

At Defining Wellness Rehab Center, I conduct client assessments, facilitate group therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention for people navigating substance use and mental health challenges.

I've also overseen day-to-day operations for Freedom House Mission Bible Training Center, an 8–10 month faith-based discipleship program supporting people with addiction and emotional problems. I managed resident intake, coordinated with families, courts, medical providers, probation and parole, and supervised staff.

I use lived experience, empathy, psychoeducation, relapse-prevention support, and resource coordination to help clients build stability and pursue long-term recovery.
