I’m a Compassionate & Certified Peer Support Specialist with experience in a hybrid behavioral health setting, supporting individuals through intake, engagement, and care coordination. I help clients feel safe and understood through empathy, active listening, and shared understanding.

In my current role at SOLO Behavioral Health Services, I support individuals during intake and onboarding by creating a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment. I maintain confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, monitor electronic health records, and assist with care coordination, scheduling, and connecting clients to clinicians for mental health assessments.

I’m especially passionate about recovery-oriented care and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about housing, treatment, and support services. I collaborate with clinical staff to support continuity of care and client engagement while helping clients navigate mental health services and community resources.

Before behavioral health, I led operations and service teams—most recently as an Operations Manager at Spring Haven Farm—where I managed daily operations, supervised staff, resolved conflicts with calm, solution-focused communication, and ensured compliance with safety and operational standards. I also strengthened client-centered communication through guest services leadership roles, including de-escalation, professional responses to concerns, and accurate record coordination.
