As an Independent Special Education Advocate & Consultant, I provide consultation, advocacy, and support services to families through the IEP/504 process. I attend meetings, review plans, facilitate communication, and offer suggestions for improvement. I connect families to resources and guide effective self-advocacy to ensure students have appropriate accommodations and supports. Additionally, I engage in research and technology consulting and services with affiliated non-profit advocacy agencies.

In my role as a Resource Room Educational Assistant III (temporary) at Bethel School District, Prairie Mountain School, I implement behavior plans, provide supervision, and assist with lesson plans. I monitor students and collaborate with stakeholders, utilizing relational health frameworks to support student regulation and engagement.

At the Oregon Health Authority, I serve on the Oregon Resource Allocation Advisory Committee (ORAAC) to develop equitable crisis care tools and practices during resource-constrained events. I collaborate with the Disability Equity Collaborative (DEC) to improve healthcare practice and policy. I also address the equitable distribution of hMPXV vaccine doses through the Vaccination Workgroup and Advisory Council.

As the Community Health Outreach Coordinator at The Arc Lane County, I spearheaded targeted pandemic response efforts in partnership with Lane County Public Health and the Oregon Health Authority's (OHA) Vaccine Operations Team Equity (VOTE). I successfully achieved the vaccination of over 3,000 people with a focus on health equity.

In my previous roles at Veritas Technologies LLC and Symantec Corp., I demonstrated my expertise in project management, infrastructure migration, staff performance analysis, and remote monitoring processes. I played a key role in company separation planning and execution activities, as well as the establishment of standard operating procedures, training protocols, and quality assurance standards.

I have pursued professional development in Broadcast Engineering Studies, completed Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving training, obtained an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, and earned an Agile Management Certificate from Villanova University.
