What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product/design role where I partner with engineers and QA to ship research-driven experiences, build design systems, and ensure HIPAA/WCAG accessibility—while iterating through studies and human factors testing.

I’m an experienced product designer who partners with developers, quality assurance, and marketing to design and implement software products that promote positive user experiences. I focus on turning stakeholder requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, then validating that what we build aligns to acceptance criteria through user acceptance testing.

At LifeLens Technologies, I lead product research and competitor analysis, including weekly clinical studies and human factors testing to identify warranted improvements. I’ve designed and implemented platforms for remote physiological monitoring for military applications and for healthcare professionals who evaluate patient data—supporting multiple stakeholder apps.

I’m deliberate about risk and compliance: I participate in detailed design reviews to identify risk causes and mitigate issues early, and I design products to be HIPAA and WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliant. I also collaborate closely with software and marketing to deliver customer-facing content, user manuals, and workflow protocols, including preparing test specifications and IFU.

Earlier in my career at EVERSANA, I ran needs assessments, created user personas and user stories, and built desktop/mobile client portals and quick tour tools—along with UAT scripts and iterative design through feedback. I’ve also led creative teams and operations, serving as Graphics Department Manager and Principal/Creative Director at Sumichrast Design, where I supervised designers and writers and delivered solutions for a wide range of clients.
