Immunologist advancing human T cell mechanisms in inflammatory disease and translational research.
What I'm looking for
I’m an immunologist with 10+ years of research experience spanning NIH and academic settings, focused on T cell biology and mechanistic studies in inflammatory disease. My work centers on CD8+ T cell states in oral mucosal and salivary chronic graft-versus-host disease, integrating immune profiling with functional assays and translational relevance.
At the NIDCR/NIH, I independently lead mechanistic and translational projects, design and troubleshoot ex vivo/in vitro experiments with human and murine tissues, and develop high-parameter flow cytometry assays with reproducible gating and acquisition QC. I also coordinate immune profiling with transcriptomic, proteomic, and imaging readouts, using multiplex IF/IHC, CODEX, and quantitative tissue analysis—while mentoring trainees and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
