I lead analytical development and CMC readiness for engineered T-cell therapies.
What I'm looking for
At IMMATICS, I lead analytical strategy for engineered T-cell and allogeneic cell therapy programs, supporting product characterization, potency, process monitoring, manufacturing support, and QC readiness. I guide methods from development and qualification through validation, technology transfer, and lifecycle management.
I lead cell-based potency assays, T-cell functional assays, multiparameter flow cytometry, viability testing, analytical comparability, and investigations into assay and manufacturing variability. My work supports BLA readiness, CMC submissions, FDA responses, inspection readiness, and transfers from Analytical Development to QC.
Previously at IOVANCE BIOTHERAPEUTICS, I led analytical research for TIL cell therapy development, manufacturing optimization, and product characterization. At NYU School of Medicine, I led research in T-cell signaling, immune checkpoint biology, and cancer immunotherapy, including peer-reviewed work in Science Signaling.
I enjoy bringing Analytical Development, QC, Quality, Process Development, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs together to solve complex technical problems. I also mentor scientists and research associates in assay development, experimental design, data analysis, troubleshooting, and investigations.
