At Sparks Collaborative Results, I provide remote administrative and operational support to senior leadership and nonprofit consulting teams. I manage calendars, meetings, documentation, follow-ups, donor research, and CRM updates, and build SOPs, trackers, and workflows to improve efficiency and task visibility.
At Durham University, Computer and Information Services, I coordinated support for a £5M Oracle ERP transformation project and developed SOPs that reduced operational backlog by approximately 80%. I’ve also coordinated user research at the Department of Health and Social Care and managed content calendars, scheduling, and engagement reporting at VA Africa.
