What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex transformation programmes where I can bring structure to ambiguity, coordinate cross-functional partners, improve public services and deliver sustainable change for residents and communities.

I lead complex transformation across housing, public services and the third sector. At London Borough of Tower Hamlets, I manage multiple workstreams in a £5m housing transformation programme, improving temporary-accommodation demand management and resident communications.

Previously at Westminster City Council, I led systems, workforce and digital change for the £4m Changing Futures programme, including a co-produced digital housing product and 30+ cross-sector partners. I bring integrated planning, governance, commissioning and supplier management to programmes that need structure, pace and lasting adoption.
