What I'm looking for

I’m focused on AI adoption and enablement on the people and process side, from use-case discovery and pilots through rollout, with tailored approaches, champion networks, and measurable uptake.

At Humboldt University of Berlin, I coordinate and strategically manage the Leadership Program for Female Professors, delivering 30+ target-group-specific workshops and qualification formats each year. I also develop program offerings and evaluation reports, and created “Berlin im Dialog” with FidAR e.V.

As Deputy Gender Equality Officer at Humboldt University of Berlin, I drive organization-wide change across leadership, faculty, administration, and external partners. I redesigned the internal process for communication requests and co-created training materials on unconscious bias; in my AI adoption project, I’m developing a framework and playbook that tailor adoption measures to different stakeholder groups.
