I worked with employees, developers, and operational teams to research, test, and implement the solution, achieving full adoption within six months and reducing inventory mistakes by 80%.
At HUMANA Second Hand Kleidung GmbH, I established a vocational training program with individual trainee plans, learning materials, and evaluation processes. I coordinated the learning journey with trainees, trainers, management, the Chamber of Commerce, and the vocational school.
Earlier, at ISET - One World and Artemisszió Foundation, I worked on educational and international programs, including student support, user research, curriculum development, and digital learning.
