What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven program role where I can lead teams, coordinate partners, manage program operations and reporting, and strengthen data-driven field monitoring—while maintaining integrity, compliance, and strong customer-focused service.

I’m a result-driven Program Manager with experience leading field teams, managing program pipelines through a refugee resettlement processing database, and ensuring monitoring and quality checks across sub-Saharan Africa. I coordinate with partner agencies and refugee representatives to support efficient processing, and I prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for program funders.

I’ve led training, mentoring, and coaching for supervisors and field processing teams, including planned departmental trainings and onboarding for 30 staff. I also strengthened operational protection by establishing guidelines for refugee information, and I supported workflow transitions by training teams on Cisco Jabber telephone systems. Earlier in my career, I led accounts receivables work using MS Excel to improve accuracy and reduce outstanding balances.
