At Orange County Library System, I lead collection maintenance initiatives and use digital trackers to measure progress and report KPIs. I also research complex questions for senior leadership, management, and patrons, turning findings into reports, reference materials, manuals, and presentations.
I developed a training manual and procedural guide to standardize onboarding for 30+ staff members, and I schedule and conduct individual and group training. I also support a diverse community with complex service inquiries and develop educational and literacy programming for children and teens.
