At the Main Branch of the Dayton Metro Library, I implemented a new scheduling process that increased scheduling capabilities, reducing schedule generation and adjustment time by 75%. Prior to turning this over to operations I also developed extensive documentation, checklists and trained subject matter experts. Using a variety of data-driven metrics I managed a team to improved and expand the physical inventory. Over the course of 6 months we improved inventory records by 8% and expanded the available physical space by 837 linear feet. In my roles as a manager I have overseen department operations of 22 staff with a $.1 million annual budget, and and hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated 28 staff.
