What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing or administrative role where I can provide timely, empathetic support, use my multilingual communication skills, and contribute my experience understanding clients' needs in both in-person and digital environments.

I've supported customers face-to-face at Best and Fast Change in Florence, managing foreign-currency transactions, cash registers, account balances, and customer records.

At Gelateria Parè in Pistoia, I served clients in Italian and English while coordinating shifts, maintaining an organized workplace, and responding to customer needs. I also worked with Pardgroup as a Brand Ambassador, supporting customer service and public-facing sales assistance.

As an Italian Mentor with Wanderlust Brazilian Educational Initiative, I planned and taught Italian classes for Brazilian students through Google Meet. That experience strengthened my clear communication, listening, and ability to adapt support to individual needs.

I'm building administrative and bookkeeping knowledge while studying Economics and Commerce, and I bring professional English and Italian, native Portuguese, and confidence with Excel, Google Workspace, Canva, and LibreOffice.
