What I'm looking for
I’m a Luxury vacations specialist with a strong focus on delivering “personalized vacation experiences” for high-end clients. I’m known for being creative, punctual, responsible, and for working effectively as part of a team—especially when things get busy.
In my current role, I assist clients by understanding preferences, expectations, and travel needs, then translating them into tailored recommendations for tours, activities, and additional services. I also support itinerary changes, modify reservations, resolve booking issues, and consistently meet sales, service, and quality performance standards.
Before this, I spent a decade as a Flight attendant at Copa Airlines (January 2014 – June 2024), where I performed pre-flight safety checks, delivered clear safety demonstrations, and monitored compliance with safety regulations. Alongside safety responsibilities, I delivered exceptional customer service and stayed calm and effective under pressure.
I’ve also strengthened my service foundation in hospitality and operations, including Hotel Finisterre Suites & Spa (reception and concierge) and accounting support at KPMG through invoice processing and maintaining accurate records. I bring professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction.
