Message

At Korial, I built and scaled a 24/7 customer operations function from 1 to 11 for an enterprise AI platform supporting a live fleet of safety-critical inspection robots. I also designed and shipped the production AI platform behind the support queue, combining ticket context, hybrid retrieval, multi-model routing, and human-in-the-loop evaluation.

Before Korial, I worked across robot operations and engineering at Korial, MagazinoGmbH, and ASTIMobileRobotics. At MagazinoGmbH, I owned the first TORU customer project as technical lead on site, taking it from a 3-robot pilot to a fully autonomous system handling 15,000+ orders per week.
