What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run production AI (RAG/LLMs) end-to-end, integrate it with CRM/telephony, and keep reliability strong through SRE/automation—building systems that directly improve agent and sales outcomes in a fast-moving team.

I’m an AI Operations and Integration Engineer with 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, production support, cloud operations, enterprise automation, and AI-enabled business workflows. I’m currently building and operating an in-house AI-powered call centre and CRM automation stack at Innovac GmbH.

My work focuses on measurable outcomes: eliminating external vendor dependency, boosting agent productivity, and driving sales growth. I implemented a live RAG-based business intelligence system that extracts real facts from Salesforce CRM records and email histories to deliver grounded insights on deal status and business activity.

I also bridge LLM capabilities with operational systems—using OpenAI/OpenRouter, Salesforce, Make.com, CloudTalk, and MongoDB—while maintaining BAU reliability through monitoring, incident/problem management, and continuous improvement. Earlier at UBS, I covered Azure DevOps, AKS, Terraform, Kafka, Airflow, Splunk/ELK, and incident management at global financial scale.
