I want to use my technical background to help customers succeed. Though I've been a manager, hands-on customer support is what I enjoy most.

Electronic engineer with over 22 years of experience across IT pre-sales, technical support, and systems integration. Specialized in Hewlett Packard storage and server solutions during an extensive pre-sales career, and skilled in developing control systems for amusement parks and museums in Caracas.
Since 2019, I have worked in Germany at Carnect (HBX Group) in technical roles spanning operations support, integration management, and team leadership — building over six years of hands-on expertise in API integration, data analysis, and process optimisation, including XML analysis, API testing, data mapping, error diagnosis, and SLA-based support.
I recently completed an AI Consulting & Integration certification (Ironhack, 2026), where I built hands-on expertise in agentic AI, workflow automation (n8n), RAG architectures, LLM evaluation, and EU AI Act compliance. During the program, I developed three projects focused on process automation and data-driven decision-making, including a full AI consulting proposal — from opportunity assessment to a working prototype and measurable KPIs.
I'm now applying this foundation in AI tools alongside my operational and technical background to support smarter, more efficient workflows.
Alongside this, I'm currently completing a C1 German course (through April 2027) to work with full confidence in German-speaking professional environments.
