At SGA Tech Solutions, I administered Microsoft 365 and Azure AD hybrid environments across 26 clients, deployed Veeam and Syncro RMM, and standardized Windows Server upgrades. I've also led RDS and Azure Virtual Desktop deployments for 200 users, hybrid Exchange migrations for 150+ users, and Active Directory repairs, upgrades, and consolidations.
