I've led telecommunications infrastructure projects across LATAM, North America, and Europe, including NOC operations for Tech Mahindra's Telefónica support project and fiber-design consulting for Tilson Technologies. I manage project activities, deliverables, reporting, stakeholder communication, network-data analysis, and standards for fiber design permits.

At Crown Castle, I managed OSP/ISP optical-fiber projects, budgets, schedules, safety, vendors, and diverse teams, sustaining Enterprise Fiber on-time performance above 92% in 2022 and 2023. My background also includes complex HFC construction at Spectrum/Charter and optical-fiber design and implementation at Huawei.
