I've delivered infrastructure projects for Huawei Technologies in Zimbabwe and built trusted stakeholder relationships that accelerated delivery and rebuilt customer confidence.

At Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, I led programmes across the business, including modernising over 800 sites, upgrading ERP, delivering new coverage sites, deploying a core banking system, and advancing digital transformation. I also built and mentored an empowered team of project managers, including five newly certified professionals now running mega projects.

I've helped establish and lead PMO capabilities, embed project management culture, prioritise portfolios against strategy, and strengthen benefits realisation and quality-gate practices.

Through Omega Partners, I bridge the gap between project management theory and practical execution through structured mentoring for certified and aspiring project professionals. My experience spans telecommunications, life assurance, construction and contracting, and hospitality, giving me a broad perspective on delivery, customer experience, and change.
