During my tenure as Fractional Head of Software at Destrava Aí, a startup that helps businesses to scale credit offers with receivables by adopting advanced receivables management, I spearheaded significant transformations within the core product team and IT operations, fostering a robust technical foundation for future scalability and excellence. At Loggi, I focused on enhancing the logistics network's operational excellence through innovative software solutions. My role involved utilizing technologies such as Kafka and Debezium for seamless database integration, while also implementing automation scripts for SLO reconciliation. Collaborating with the team, we made significant architectural improvements that streamlined the SDLC process.

At Vizir Software Studio, I played a key role in a fintech project, focusing on microservices architecture and enhancing the quality of card services. My responsibilities included implementing new features, improving service metrics, and leading code reviews. I also contributed to stress testing, which deepened my understanding of distributed systems and architectural decisions.
