I'm looking to lead product and operational transformation where I can turn ambiguity into strategy, build customer-focused roadmaps, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.

At Sabre, I owned the roadmap for a multi-product Service Recovery Suite used by major global airlines, connecting customer demand, pricing, P&L stewardship, and delivery priorities. I helped secure multi-year funding and aligned more than $1M in investment to revenue and customer goals.

I led Agile delivery across 14+ engineers, QA, DBAs, and delivery partners, and oversaw a GUI rewrite that improved application performance by 60%. I also defined an AI strategy using LLMs, expanded airline disruption-management capabilities, and hosted customer councils in English and Spanish with 14+ airline customers.

Earlier, I redesigned JetBlue operational workflows for 200+ frontline crewmembers and launched a 150-person contact center project at Convergys that achieved a 34% operating margin. I enjoy translating complex operational, commercial, and product decisions into clear action.
