At NTT Global Data Centers, I lead a team of nine recruiters and coordinators supporting corporate, global, and operations hiring across APAC, EMEA, India, and the Americas. I developed the strategy to hire more than 375 data center employees and reduced average time-to-fill from 98 to 62 days in one year.

I've transformed talent acquisition functions through team design, talent pipelines, data analysis, and technology optimization. My work has included global referral programs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, AI training, Phenom certification, and Workday optimizations.

Previously, at Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare, I led recruiting for more than 100 clinical, case manager, nursing, and administrative roles annually while generating $1M in agency-fee savings through direct sourcing. At Thresholds, I managed a TA team that cut time-to-fill by 50% and led vendor selection for a new background-check provider.

I also bring broad HR experience from Adler University, where I led full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, performance reviews, merit increases, faculty contracts, policy revisions, benefits, payroll, and EEO-1 reporting. I'm PHR certified and grounded in Industrial Psychology.
