In my current IT Assistant Manager role, I coordinate administrative activity for a 25-person IT department—covering budgets, recruitment and onboarding, internal procedures, leave management, and GDPR-related documentation. I also produce executive materials like org charts, presentations, deviation reports, meeting minutes, and AI usage regulations.

I consistently streamline communication and operations by managing service providers, contracts, invoices, and Jira worklogs, while integrating AI tools into my daily workflow to improve documentation, reporting, and turnaround times.
