I've opened and integrated six clinics—three greenfield projects and three acquisitions or partnerships—covering licensing, purchasing, recruitment, training, go-live readiness, and post-integration alignment.
I bring more than 10 years of dental healthcare operations and HR leadership, building scalable policies, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention, procurement, and non-medical functions. Earlier, I managed administration and HR operations at PPD Romania and supported executive search, recruitment projects, and office operations at Heidrick & Struggles and Ray & Berndtson.
