What I'm looking for
I’m a hospitality and guest experience coordinator focused on delivering personalized service, smooth daily operations, and memorable moments for every guest. I work comfortably in fast-paced environments, handling details with care and solving problems quickly to protect service standards.
Currently at Aethos Hotel Ericeira, I’m responsible for guest reception and personalized experiences from arrival. I manage direct communication with national and international guests, support reservations and special requests, and maintain guest profiles with preferences and allergies. I also coordinate with multiple departments—including F&B, groups, and events—to help ensure high satisfaction and efficient operations.
Previously as Assistant Manager & Operations at Uni Sushi, I owned daily restaurant operations, including customer service, reservations, orders, supplier coordination, and team coordination. I supported event organization, catering, and special service operations, while also supervising staff, onboarding team members, and organizing shifts under pressure.
Alongside hospitality, I founded and manage Girls Social Club, where I plan and coordinate networking and experience-focused events, manage partnerships, oversee logistics, and keep communication consistent across participants. I’ve also built a foundation in floral design and high-demand store operations through my work at Decorflor, and I strengthen my professional toolkit with training in event management, social media management, international bartending, and professional photography.
