I’m a multilingual, adaptable professional with experience across administration, data management, customer service, online education, and childcare. I bring strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

In my current role as a Data Collection Specialist, I track and monitor sales activity, maintain accurate customer and sales records, and prepare reports to support management decision-making. I support daily operations through efficient administrative processes and I’m careful with data accuracy and confidentiality.

Previously, I’ve delivered personalised online English lessons to adult learners and provided one-on-one German tutoring, focusing on grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and conversational confidence. I also planned structured lessons and monitored progress, creating supportive learning environments.

I’m now completing a Diploma in Management Accounting through UNISA, and I’m excited to apply my reporting mindset and CRM experience to roles that value clear communication, reliability, and continuous improvement. I work well independently and enjoy supporting teams—whether remotely or in person.
