What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer support excellence with multilingual communication and translation skills, collaborate with logistics and internal teams, and grow in a fast-paced environment that values empathy, clarity, and problem-solving.

I’m an English Literature student and current Tier 2 English Customer Support Specialist (Ivosights / Halara Project), focused on handling complex customer escalations and high-priority cases with timely, effective resolutions while staying aligned with company SOPs and service standards. I manage high-volume inquiries across social media, live chat, and email, providing clear information on product availability, order status, promotions, and delivery updates. I also coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to troubleshoot shipping issues and support end-to-end order fulfillment.

Before this role, I built multilingual, detail-driven communication through translation and media work. As a Translation and Social Media Intern, I managed and translated academic modules for the Pro-TEFL program and supported TikTok content creation. As a Multilingual Audiovisual Intern, I created and translated subtitles for long-form videos and delivered polished content within weekly production cycles. I bring the same structured, solution-oriented mindset to every task, whether it’s customer support, translation, content assistance, or program administration.
