At Teleperformance Indonesia, I support business customers of a global FinTech company specializing in international money transfers and cross-border payments. I handle account, transaction, payment, and service inquiries through email, live chat, and phone.

I review account and transaction information to investigate issues and provide accurate resolutions. When a case needs further investigation or specialized assistance, I handle the escalation and coordinate next steps.

As a Preschool and Kindergarten English Teacher at Pelita Global Mandiri, I planned and delivered English lessons and activities for young learners. I also monitored progress and recorded daily learning and behavior observations.
