What I'm looking for
I am a reliable and organised professional with an interest in customer service and administrative work. I bring a calm, professional approach to every interaction and I’m eager to learn new skills while contributing positively to a team.
In my most recent role, I answered inbound customer calls, made outbound follow-ups, and logged customer interactions accurately in Salesforce. I also accessed and updated customer accounts, orders, and service records using SAP, while managing call queues, transfers, routing, and dispositions with Genesys.
I’m comfortable resolving issues efficiently by identifying customer needs, providing accurate information, processing service requests and basic transactions, and escalating complex cases when needed. I also focus on quality—capturing detailed notes, adhering to scripts and compliance requirements, and meeting individual and team performance targets.
Before that, I supported administrative and research needs as an administrative assistant, including data collection and basic analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and managing filing, data entry, and scheduling. I’ve also worked as a student caller at the University of Cape Town, helping alumni with payment process steps after outbound donation outreach.
