What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support international customers or patients, manage CRM-driven communication and lead follow-up, and contribute to strong customer experiences in an English-speaking, cross-cultural environment.

At Dental Centre Turkey, I manage end-to-end international patient communication across phone, email, and WhatsApp while supporting the sales pipeline through Zoho CRM. I handle more than 100 leads daily, track follow-ups, resolve patient issues, and coordinate with clinical teams for a seamless experience.

My communication approach has helped achieve a 77% qualified conversation rate, and I have trained and onboarded six new team members. I work exclusively in English and bring strong cross-cultural communication, CRM management, and customer support skills.

Earlier, I taught English at Final Schools, translated game and digital content between English and Turkish as a freelancer, and managed front-desk and international guest communications at Ulupinar Oztaslar Turizm.
