What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my plumbing operations, dispatch, and customer experience background to a high-performing team where clear communication, strong execution, and long-term customer partnerships drive results.

At Anchor Plumbing, I coordinate daily service for 16+ technicians, dispatching 1,182 jobs in 2025 while sustaining an 88% on-time completion rate, 79% conversion rate, and 88% call booking rate.

I manage the customer journey from the first call through job completion, using field knowledge to support technicians, optimize routing, reduce downtime, and keep communication clear. I also train dispatchers and CSRs and work across sales, permitting, and billing to keep service moving smoothly.
