I've led procurement technology, strategic sourcing, and enterprise transformation across BC Ferries, BC Transit, the Government of British Columbia, SaskTel, and Brandt. My work turns complex vendor, market, and commercial information into practical executive decisions.

At BC Transit, I led a 26-person strategic procurement organization, supported implementation of two procurement systems, and established an enterprise Vendor Management Program and dedicated IT/infrastructure procurement streams. I redesigned intake, workflows, and governance to reduce procurement cycle times by 59% and save more than 50,000 process hours annually.

In my current consulting work with BC Ferries, I lead technology sourcing from market engagement and RFx through evaluation, TCO, due diligence, negotiation, contracting, and implementation handover. I recently led a procurement-technology RFI, synthesized vendor demonstrations into executive decision materials, and negotiated approximately $1.5M in savings alongside stronger contractual protections.

I bring hands-on public- and private-sector experience across SaaS, cloud, systems integration, telecommunications, professional services, supplier risk, and commercial strategy. I enjoy building the governance, tools, training, and stakeholder alignment that make transformation stick.
