Previously at Deloitte Canada, I designed third-party risk management frameworks, vendor segmentation models, governance mandates, and sourcing strategies for major financial institutions. At PwC Canada, I delivered $180K+ CAD in savings on one contract, improved vendor risk compliance to 100%, and reduced contract execution timelines by 30%.
