What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead administrative, operations, and event coordination work where I can manage teams, streamline schedules and records, support clients and stakeholders, and help sports or event organizations run smoothly.

At Ace Pickleball Club, I serve as the sole full-time staff member and primary support to ownership for a 12-court indoor sports facility with approximately 900 active members.

I recruit, onboard, and supervise a 20+ person team while managing schedules, workforce coverage, records, vendor invoices, purchasing, member communication, and conflict resolution. I also coordinate facility programs and private events for 40 to 110+ participants.

Previously at Perfect Game USA, I built and maintained schedules and client records for 307+ annual events and led administrative operations for the PG Series Classic as it grew to 781 players. I supported Florida tournaments and showcases, trained 10 interns each summer, and managed client account relationships nationwide.

My background also includes website redesign, social media, email campaigns, game-day operations, sports information, and event logistics across collegiate athletics.
