What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-focused operations role where I can build teams, improve processes, support growth, and use workforce and performance data to strengthen organizational execution.

At Perfect Game USA, I lead regional sales operations and administration across Houston, Austin, and Dallas, supporting record-breaking event performance and more than $2.5M in annual revenue. I coordinate staffing, logistics, inventory, payroll, and end-to-end execution for 300+ events annually.

I manage full-cycle workforce operations for 100–150 employees weekly, hire and onboard 60–100 employees annually, and build training programs that strengthen performance and operational readiness. I also use sales, payroll, and operational data to improve reporting, systems, and regional expansion decisions.

My experience also includes healthcare practice operations at Tomball Chiropractic Spine & Rehab + Thrive and ballpark operations at Lone Star Sports Complex. I enjoy building effective teams, improving processes, and keeping complex operations organized across people-focused environments.
