At Les Fines Lames, I manage the full order-to-cash cycle for more than 200 B2B and B2C orders a year across 30+ countries. I coordinate shipments, customer support, invoicing and payment collection.
I handle customer requests, claims and disputes through a ticketing system, coordinating responses and case resolution. I also oversee a portfolio of approximately €1M a year in invoicing and collections, and produce weekly sales reports.
At Oz Biosciences, I managed international B2B orders, export documentation and customer accounts, and coordinated logistics with internal teams, suppliers and distributors. Earlier, I supported sales and marketing administration there, including customer files, customs documents and sales materials.
