At Pairity, I design and conduct monitoring and evaluation for migration and resettlement projects across Europe and Canada. I also manage client partnerships and the implementation of algorithmic matching projects in Ireland and Germany, including Community Connect/Co. Here and Re:Match Germany.
At Samuel Hall, I managed migration and humanitarian governance research projects and developed quantitative and qualitative research tools for fieldwork. I wrote proposals that led to research contracts worth over $40,000 with international humanitarian organizations.
As a Migration Project Officer at Samuel Hall, I coordinated field research and partnerships, including work on displacement and refugee integration in Afghanistan and Ethiopia. My research included interviews, focus groups, household surveys, and analysis of migration policy and reintegration outcomes.
I defended my PhD in Political Science at Freie Universität Berlin in 2025. My dissertation examined UNHCR, refugee resettlement, and the evolution of protection governance, drawing on more than 300 UN archive materials and interviews with humanitarian actors.
