At Max Planck Institute for the History of Science, I interviewed researchers and helped spec and develop an LLM-based named-entity recognition platform, refining it through user feedback. I also managed document integrity for an 8,000+ page digitised corpus.

At radiosphere GmbH, I organised frontend and backend teams around customer tickets as interim Project Manager and served as the main contact for 12 client accounts. I also wrote a help base of 40+ user documentation articles.

At Deutsche Kreditbank (DKB), I analysed incoming emails to identify contact forms across the bank's websites and recommended which to keep or cut. My other research work included analysing Berlin housing-market data and running data-extraction and entity-recognition workflows.
