What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in technology account management, customer success, or commercial roles connected to fintech, payments, and emerging markets, where I can combine client relationships, analytical work, and cross-functional coordination.

At Arnaldo C. Castro S.A., I manage commercial follow-up for a portfolio of 10 corporate clients while supporting 15 sales executives across quotations, projects, and deadlines.

I translate client needs into tailored technology proposals, analyze supplier costs and availability, and coordinate with technical teams, administration, and suppliers to help deliver timely solutions. I also track pipeline activity, identify additional client needs, and support upselling, cross-selling, and public tender processes.

Previously, at UTU Central, I developed business solutions with GeneXus and supported programming and system-maintenance work alongside the IT team.

I'm pursuing a BSc in Systems Engineering and bring an analytical commercial mindset to technology sales, account management, fintech, payments, and emerging markets.
