I'm looking for opportunities where I can apply multilingual communication, AI language evaluation, customer support, and performance skills while continuing to grow professionally.

I evaluate AI-generated Spanish and English responses for Outlier, reviewing accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone, cultural nuance, and factual correctness.

I also support customers at República Microfinanzas S.A. and previously assisted Verizon USA customers through Alorica via phone, live chat, and email, handling billing, account, and technical inquiries.

As a trained vocalist, I continue professional coaching in technique, breath control, pitch, and interpretation. I received an honorable mention at the 2024 Movida Joven singing competition and have performed live and competitively.
