I use SQL and MySQL to query and manipulate data, and I run functional tests to validate versions and fixes. My work also includes supporting fiscal processes, validating documents, and configuring tax parameters.
At Apollo Sistema, I supported ERP users through chat and phone, troubleshooting operational issues and helping with system-integrated scales, networks, and printers. I also guided users and tracked support requests.
