I’m looking for a 100% remote role; I’m available to start immediately.

At Consumer Soluções em Tecnologia, I handled remote N2 and N3 support for food service businesses using a SaaS platform in production. I diagnosed complex software, database, fiscal-system, and integration issues through to root cause, and escalated reproducible evidence to development within SLA.

I implemented customers from initial requirements through system configuration, fiscal setup, integrations, and team training. I also investigated Firebird data with SQL and supported integrations with iFood, Keeta, MenuDino, and 99Food.

I created internal support tools, including a real-time Chatwoot queue notification script and D3Code Shadow for audio transcription and structured reports. In my personal project ZapSync, I developed and operate a WhatsApp customer-service SaaS platform using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and the official WhatsApp API.
