What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role as a Developer, Data Analyst, or Database Analyst, combining my foundation in SQL, networking, and infrastructure with hands-on full-stack development.

At DTEC Brasil, I maintain internal applications used to track support tickets and SLAs, built with Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL. These production apps replaced manual ticket tracking with real-time SLA dashboards.

I also support the Senior Sistemas ERP, investigate database and integration issues, and write SQL queries to validate operational data. Alongside my support work, I’ve developed projects in data analysis and full-stack development, including ticket similarity analysis and a normalized asset database.
