I’m looking for an enterprise client success role where I can lead KPI/OKR-driven delivery, partner with C-suite stakeholders, and grow revenue through structured discovery, change management, and proactive risk control across multi-region accounts.

I’m a strategic consultant and Senior Client Success Manager with 7+ years of experience managing enterprise and commercial client portfolios across Australia and APAC. I translate complex business objectives into measurable outcomes by connecting client strategy to delivery execution.

In my current role, I deliver end-to-end client lifecycle management—scoping, implementation, and renewals across multi-stakeholder engagements. I use proactive risk identification and change management to protect continuity, reduce churn, and improve net revenue retention. I also accelerate upsell and expansion by running structured discovery with C-suite stakeholders and turning requirements into scalable outsourcing solutions.

Earlier, I supported outsourcing and staffing environments through client relationship management and delivery liaison work, and I developed adaptive leadership and stakeholder communication through high-pressure team coordination in airline operations.
