I’m a strategic consultant and Senior Client Success Manager with 7+ years of experience managing enterprise and commercial client portfolios across Australia and APAC. I translate complex business objectives into measurable outcomes by connecting client strategy to delivery execution.
In my current role, I deliver end-to-end client lifecycle management—scoping, implementation, and renewals across multi-stakeholder engagements. I use proactive risk identification and change management to protect continuity, reduce churn, and improve net revenue retention.
